الشروط و الاحكام
شرائك لتذكرة العرض تعني موافقتك على البنود التالية. الرجاء قرائة الشروط و الأحكام بعناية
يسمح باسترجاع قيمة التذكرة او تغيير تاريخ التذكرة قبل مدة لا تقل عن ٤٨ ساعة قبل تاريخ العرض
في حالة حدوث كوارث طبيعية او احداث اقليمية او محلية تمنع من حدوث العرض يلتزم المنظم (بالعربي استوديو)
بإعادة قيمة التذاكر كاملة لمن قاموا بشراء التذاكر –
او بتحديد موعد جديد للعرض –
مع ترك كامل الحرية في الاختيار للمشتري –
شرائك للتذكرة تعني موافقتك على استخدام بيناتك (الاسم ، الصورة الشخصية ، تاريخ الميلاد، العنوان، إلى آخره) للتحقق من هويتك
العرض مصور بالكامل شرائك للتذكرة و حضورك للعرض تعني موافقتك على الظهور في المادة المصورة. المادة المصورة تستدخدم للترويج للعرض
المنظم (بالعربي استوديو) غير مسؤول عن اي اضرار مالية قد تنتج عن ضياع مقتنيات شخصية
Terms and Conditions
In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to “IDENTITY CRISIS”. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers of “IDENTITY CRISIS” – “BIL ARABI STUDIOS”.
By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to “IDENTITY CRISIS”, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the “IDENTITY CRISIS” premises.
Refunds and Exchange policy
The ticket purchaser has the right to refund ticket value up to 48 hours before the event date.
In the case of a natural disaster, war or any local/regional events that prevents the event from taking place “BIL ARABI STUDIOS” is obligated to
- Refund the ticket value to the purchaser
- Reschedule the event
- Refunds will only be processed to the ticket purchaser, via cash or bank account transfer.
The ticket purchaser has the right to exchange his/her ticket for another event at a later date up to 48 hours before the original event’s date.
General Clauses
By purchasing “IDENTITY CRISIS” tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to “BIL ARABI STUDIOS” to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
The event is filmed and attendees may or may not be filmed during the performance. By attending the performance you agree to being filmed in the event premises. You also agree to the filmed material being published on social media for marketing purposes and otherwise.
You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.
Bil Arabi Studios does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
